Set-Aside of HCaTS Orders for SDVOSB on "HCaTS Unrestricted Contracts" (Unlimited Dollar Amount)
- Piton may compete with other SDOVSB concerns for HCaTS orders Set-Aside for competition limited to SDVOSB prime contractors under all pools of Piton's two "HCaTS Unrestricted" base contracts.
- Requires reasonable expectation of Federal Contracting Officer that offers will be received from two or more SDVOSB concerns and award will be made at a fair market price. (FAR 19.1405)
Set-Aside of HCaTS Orders for SDVOSB on "HCaTS Small Business Contracts" (Unlimited Dollar Amount)
- Piton may compete with other SDOVSB concerns for HCaTS orders Set-Aside for competition limited to SDVOSB prime contractors under Piton's "HCaTS Small Business" base contracts.
- Requires reasonable expectation of Federal Contracting Officer that offers will be received from two or more SDVOSB concerns and award will be made at a fair market price. (FAR 19.1405)
Set-Aside of HCaTS Orders for Total Small Business on "HCaTS Unrestricted Contracts" (Unlimited Dollar Amount)
- Piton may compete with other Small Business concerns for HCaTS orders Set-Aside for competition limited to Small Business prime contractors under all pools of Piton's two "HCaTS Unrestricted" base contracts.
- Requires reasonable expectation of Federal Contracting Officer that offers will be received from two or more Small Business concerns and award will be made at a fair market price. (FAR 19.502-2)
Set-Aside of HCaTS Orders for Total Small Business on "HCaTS Small Business Contracts" (Unlimited Dollar Amount)
- Piton may compete with other Small Business concerns for HCaTS orders Set-Aside for competition limited to Small Business prime contractors under Piton's "HCaTS Small Business" base contracts.
- Requires reasonable expectation of Federal Contracting Officer that offers will be received from two or more Small Business concerns and award will be made at a fair market price. (FAR 19.502-2)
Contract Orders without a Set-Aside on "HCaTS Unrestricted Contracts" (Unlimited Dollar Amount)
- Piton for its two HCaTS Unrestricted base contracts may compete with the other awardees which are both Large Business and Small Business prime contractors for work issued against all pools of Piton's two "HCaTS Unrestricted" base contracts.
Contract Orders without a Set-Aside on "HCaTS Small Business Contracts" (Unlimited Dollar Amount)
- Piton for its HCaTS Small Business base contract may compete with the other awardees which are all Small Business prime contractors for work issued against Piton's "HCaTS Small Business" base contracts.
